When you join our waitlist, we collect:

  • Gender (required)
  • Instagram or TikTok handle (optional)
  • Your consent to this policy (required)

We do not intentionally collect special category data beyond what you choose to provide in your social handle or application details.

How we use your information

We use waitlist information to:

  • Review guest list and waitlist applications
  • Contact successful applicants with event invitations
  • Communicate updates about GBEDU X GROOVES events you have expressed interest in

Our events are invite-only. Submitting the waitlist form does not guarantee entry.

We process your waitlist data based on your consent when you tick the consent box and submit the form. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.
